The workshop was aimed to enable the participants with the knowledge & skills required for effective wage negotiation through various techniques were discussed with the role of management.

A one-day public Workshop on Wage Negotiation Skills organised by the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) was conducted by Consultivo Academy on 10 May 2019. The objective of this wage negotiation skills workshop was aimed to enable the participants with the knowledge & skills required for effective wage negotiation which is a major contributing factor in scaling up industrial relationships.

The ICC-Consultivo Workshop on Wage Negotiation was designed & customised keeping in mind the requirements of various organisations & industries.

Our lead trainers from Consultivo Academy with years of industrial experience conducted the training programme in an engaging way with various industry examples & case studies for better understanding of the participants.

This was aimed to enable the participants to experience the behavioural aspects of negotiation skills & understand how it can help in creating & sustaining an effective industrial relationship.

During the workshop, various techniques of wage negotiation were discussed along with the role of management, union and workers into it. A brief overview of the historical background of past wage settlement, formation of core team on wage negotiation, union management dynamics, negotiation dynamics, wage negotiation and industrial relationship & the legal aspects of wage negotiation were few of the other topics which were focussed on during the workshop. The trainers had an engaging interaction with the participants during the group discussion activities.
