Does Consultivo conduct first party internal audits on our behalf?
Yes. As a managed service, Consultivo conducts regular first party internal audits on behalf of organisations, helping your team improve the existing system through a professional, quality internal audit. These run fully remote, on-site or as a blend of both.
Is an internal audit mandatory?
Yes. Every ISO management system standard requires internal audits at planned intervals, and before certification. It is Clause 9.2 in the standards. You can run it in-house or outsource it to us.
What are the advantages of an outsourced internal audit?
