The Safety Good Practice Compendium is a yearly compilation of authenticated occupational health and safety practices from organisations across India. Every practice featured has been screened, site-verified and evaluated by an expert jury, and is published as part of Consultivo's partnership with CII.

Why This Compendium Is Different
Consultivo has advised organisations on occupational health, safety and ESG for over 17 years, as an AA1000 Accredited Assurance Provider and IFC-approved advisor working across sectors, organisations and geographies.
Every practice in this compendium goes through the same rigour: independent screening against a defined evaluation framework, site-level validation of the reported outcomes, and a joint CII-Consultivo jury review, rather than self-reported claims.

How the 2026 Edition Was Built
Call for Entries
CII member organisations and Consultivo's client network were invited to submit documented OHS good practices implemented in the last 12 to 18 months.
Screening and Scrutiny
Every submission was assessed against a defined evaluation framework covering originality, measurable impact and replicability across industries.
Site-level Validation
Shortlisted practices underwent on-site or documented verification to confirm the reported outcomes.
Expert Jury Review
A joint CII-Consultivo panel evaluated the validated entries and selected the practices for inclusion in the final edition.
Compilation and Design
Selected case studies were documented in a standardised format, cross-checked with contributing organisations, and prepared for publication.
Publication and Distribution
The compendium is released digitally and shared across the CII network and Consultivo's knowledge bank.
