Application stages and key dates for the environment awards
The evaluation framework is comprehensive, ensuring that only the most dedicated organisations are recognised.
Award application process
The selection process is robust and merit-based:
- Call for applications: Submission of the application entry form.
- Review & shortlisting: Technical summary of findings and initial screening by Consultivo.
- On-site assessment: Physical visit to selected establishments (for final round contenders).
- Final presentation: Presentation and final scoring by the esteemed Jury Committee.
- Jury recommendation: Final award winner recommendation.
- Award presentation: Recognition at the grand ceremony (Platinum, Gold, Silver levels).

Last date to apply: November 15, 2025
Performance year: April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025
Who can apply?
These environmental awards honour outstanding contributions across sectors and are open to all Indian organisations operational for at least three years.
- Manufacturing & Processing Organisations including Power Sector, Cement & Allied Products, Oil, Gas, Chemicals & Petrochemicals; Iron & Steel, Heavy Engineering; etc.
- Construction & Infrastructure
- Services (IT, Financial, Healthcare, Retail, and more)
- Mining
The award will be in three categories:
Large business organisations (LBO): Organisations with annual turnover of more than 250 crores.
Medium business organisations (MBO): Organisations with annual turnover of more than 75 crores but less than 250 crores.
Small business organisations (SBO): Organisations with annual turnover of up to 75 crores.
Evaluation framework
The environmental and sustainability initiatives of the organisations will be evaluated, graded and awarded on the basis of:
- Industry sector (Service & Manufacturing)Â
- Size of industry (LBO, MBO and SBO)
- The environmental issues and concerns which include:Â
- Statutory compliance
- Environmental leadershipÂ
- Environmental governance
- People & capacity building
- Programme and performance
Relevance of the issue to the particular industry is considered to facilitate equality among industries belonging to different sectors.
