As part of the summit, Consultivo Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. actively participated in the discussions. Ms Madhabi Guha Basu, Director – Sustainable Solutions at Consultivo and Co-founder of Slate of Swan Pvt. Ltd., moderated a powerful session on “Redefining Campus Culture: Integrating Mental Wellbeing into Learning Ecosystems.”
The session explored how mental wellbeing can be seamlessly embedded into campus life – creating spaces that nurture emotional resilience, empathy, and holistic development. It focused on the idea that education should go beyond academics to build emotionally balanced individuals and inclusive learning environments.

The distinguished panel included Ms Bratati Bhattacharya, Group Director of Management Studies, JIS Group; Prof. Sanku Bose, Vice Chancellor, SNU; Ms Richa Singh, Co-founder & CEO, YourDOST; and Dr. Neetu Bhagat, Deputy Director, AICTE. Together, they shared cross-sectoral insights from academia, technology, and governance.
Speaking at the session, Ms Madhabi Guha Basu reflected,
“Five years of NEP 2020 remind us that education is not just about marks or degrees. It’s about developing the whole person – the mind, the heart, and the character.”
She emphasised that today’s campuses mirror the fast-paced, competitive, and technology-driven world. This has led to new kinds of pressures and stress for both students and educators.
“It’s time to make mental health a natural part of campus life – not just a service we turn to in a crisis,” she added.
The discussion highlighted how institutions can evolve from reactive counselling models to proactive wellbeing ecosystems. Such systems must integrate emotional health into teaching methods, leadership practices, and daily interactions.
Key takeaways from the session included:
- Leadership commitment to wellbeing as a core institutional priority.
 - Integration of emotional wellbeing into pedagogy, assessment, and campus culture.
 - Use of technology to make mental health support more accessible and scalable.
 - Creating safe, inclusive environments that promote empathy and psychological safety for all.
 - Collaboration among educators, policymakers, and mental health professionals to build sustainable ecosystems of care.

At Consultivo, we believe that mental wellbeing is central to both learning and work. Our solutions in employee wellbeing, workplace stress management, and Business & Human Rights align closely with these principles – promoting safer, healthier, and more humane institutions.
The session reinforced the growing recognition that mental wellbeing is not a luxury – it’s an essential foundation for learning, leadership, and long-term success.
