The Challenge

A number of government, legislative bodies and stock exchanges around the world have started demanding Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting or CSR reporting. They expect the report to be structured and contentful. It was important for the engineering conglomerate to communicate and disclose that this data is available to the government, investing/funding community and the general public. It was also a crucial step in encouraging the systematic adoption of CSR initiatives.

Transparent Reporting & Disclosure Consulting – How we did it as a CSR Reporting Agency

We helped them to develop a structured CSR Report tailored to their requirements based on the demography, industry sector, and company-specific issues. It includes: Developing a communications strategy Developing engaging reports Making the report relevant, easy to navigate, clear and concise Data visualisation through infographics, graphs & charts and pictures Professional and easy to understand quality language

What standards and guidelines we used as a CSR Reporting Agency?

The foundation of the report has been built on the National Guideline on Responsible Business Conduct, National Voluntary Guidelines (NVG), Business Responsibility Reporting (BRR) and CSR related statutory requirements in India.

We used several tools and guidelines for CSR reporting issued by different stock exchanges, national and international bodies.

We also used our knowledge and expertise in GRI standards.

For stakeholder engagement, we used AA 1000 SES as a guideline.

How we helped our customer?

Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting or CSR reporting helped the engineering conglomerate to measure, understand and communicate their social and governance performance, and then set goals, and manage change more effectively.

This series of yearly CSR reports are considered as the key platform for communicating social and community performance and impacts.
It also enables them to be transparent about the social risks and opportunities they face. This increased transparency leads to better decision making, which helps build and maintain trust in businesses and governments.
