Ethics Risk, Speak-Up and Internal Assurance
Common ethics and compliance risks in operations, the auditor's role, ethics-focused interviews and observations, reviewing evidence, identifying non-conformities, and the basics of root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

For teams building in-house capability. Covers the principles of adult learning, effective facilitation and communication, handling questions and resistance, and using case studies to drive engagement. Participants practise delivery and finish able to serve as internal trainers and internal auditors for future deployments. This turns a one-off session into a lasting, in-house ethics and compliance training capability that scales with your organisation.

What Is Business Ethics Training?

Which Standards Does the Training Align To?
