The Consultivo Safety Quiz – I CARE SAFETY is a pro-bono initiative by Consultivo to encourage the safety awareness & culture across industries.

The Consultivo BBS Leadership Quiz is designed for the enthusiastic safety professionals to create safety awareness across industries held at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) workshop.

A safe work culture is the composite outcome of the following three aspects: Psychological aspect – How people feel, Situational aspect – What organisation has, Behavioral aspect – What people do.

A one-day public training course on Behavior Based Safety (BBS): That Drives Your Safety Culture to enable the participants with the knowledge & skills required to implement behaviour based safety practices.

The Technical Workshop was focusing on the necessary cautions & measures to be taken for Electrical Safety in the Workplace; and intends to connect theoretical & practical knowledge to enrich skills & learning.

The session focussing on organisational safety culture and identification of unsafe behaviours. The partcipants got an insight into the differences between behaviour based safety & conventional safety.

Behaviour Based Safety process that helps to identify and choose a safe behaviour through a combination of methods to delivered the information, skills and willingness to work more safely.

It is an engaging training session that helped the participants to identify the gaps in their operating system and implement the necessary control measures & use of appropriate equipment.

This was a lively session and it facilitated two-way interaction on the queries of the participants, they could raise their voice, get their queries answered and connect with the panelists.

Consultivo knowledge report published in the vision zero conference is based upon a study carried out to correlate the impact of leadership functions towards the achievement of Vision Zero.

It’s an engaging safety quiz for enthusiastic safety professionals to create safety awareness across industries and to spread the awareness & encourage safety culture across industries.

CII provides a sharing platform to interact with the safety professionals & thought leaders across industries on the latest trends in safety technology, digitisation & equipment with up-to-date best practices.

The training programme in an engaging & interesting way based on videos, self assessments, case studies & group activities. There was a self evaluation assessment for the participants to understand their level of stress.
